Bray Cohen draws upon a broad base of training, knowledge and experience in his role as transformational consultant, personal and inter-personal coach and group effectiveness consultant.
Bray is a director of Authenticity1 and has been working professionally in the role as a consultant, coach and facilitator for 15years. Bray has partnered major organisations during that time and was part of the cultural transformation program with ANZ Bank working with the senior executive teams in Australia, New Zealand and in Asia.
He is trained in dealing with the psychological and emotional issues that hold people back from peak performance and create disharmony by using a Positive Psychology approach.
Aside from this, Bray has a firm commercial base having conducted successful business for 20 years, thus bringing an empathy for the pressures and challenges of the business world where delivering to objectives and deadlines is vital.
Along with Bray's 15 years of experience in bringing people, teams and companies to recognize their goals and surpass the conscious and unconscious resistance in achieving them, he works with strength and compassion to bring about positive and sustainable change.
His key quality is that he is able to integrate and balance the people issues with the hard core business objectives. The result is that he is able to implement change, maximise effectiveness and build productivity.
Bray has made the study of leadership and personal effectiveness his passion. His ultimate goals are a full realization of his client’s potential and to challenge them in living authentically in whatever their roles are in life.
