Business Unit - ANZ- Mortgage RiskAuthenticity1 partnered this business unit for 18 months. The partnering programme was known as “the Ripple Effect” which set about building a high performing culture from the leadership team as core.
The impact rippling out through the layers of the business - the overall positive transformation for the team was evident and palpable.
The intervention was built around Positive psychology and a strong values base and included a number of initiatives including:
- Workshops with the Leadership group.
- Focus groups with the broader team.
- Culture and Leadership workshops with the entire business unit.
- One to one sessions with leaders and ongoing partnering and direction with the team leader.
- The work has also included a number of change management processes as the unit has been impacted by recent restructures.
Leadership & Culture
Company Watson Automotive and Formfile – (2 companies both with the same managing director)
Objectives:
- To align the senior leadership team around the strategic vision for Watson Automotive
- To align the organisation with the core values
- To build engagement around the key business objectives
The key challenges:
- To breakdown resistance from some members to be fully collaborative
- To develop deeper bonds of trust
- Building leadership capability to take greater accountability
- To clarify strategic vision and acceptance of core values
The program:
- Series on individual feedback sessions on areas for leadership development
- Workshops to align leadership team to strategy and values/cultural vision
- One to one coaching in key development areas
- Working with Directors to steer the process to completion and success
Outcome:
- Aligned and focused executive team
- Leadership skills increased
- Accountability and alignment to strategy improved
