Authenticity 1 has been partnering a business unit and facilitating Leadership Development for a team at ANZ.
The leadership development programme has been specifically designed to address areas of growth and development in the leadership group.
This process has included:
Leadership Behavioural Diagnostic (Life Styles Inventory) to indicate individual development areas for the team
One to one coaching conversations to debrief team leaders and agree upon key development areas
The programme running over 6 months with 1 session per month
Forming of the leadership group and alignment to the strategic vision- values detection and behavioural alignment
Workshops with broader team to engage in values demonstration and application to the strategy. Support during transition from exiting to entering managing director
Ongoing partnering to ensure key business outcomes are met and leadership talent is nurtured
